About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate team ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives and other ceremonies as required
Foster an environment for high performance and facilitate the team to be more productive and effective
Work closely with the Senior Business Analyst and Business Owners to facilitate delivery of prioritised initiatives
Facilitate estimation of initiatives with Business Analysts, Developers and Quality Analysts
Develop plans covering required work, resourcing, scheduling and budget planning
Coordinate initiatives across teams and manage dependencies, rhythms and meeting cadences
Manage risk, quality and progress to ensure implementation is on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope
Deliver non-technical components including business stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness
Communicate project deliverables and escalate issues affecting timelines or costs
Run project governance forums including Steering Committees and Working Groups
Plan and facilitate Big Room Planning/PI Sessions
Evaluate and identify improvements for future projects and the delivery framework
Support strategic change initiatives across the LGT Wealth Management business, particularly financial products implementation projects
Partner with business stakeholders and Business Owners to facilitate project initiation, define delivery approaches and drive successful outcomes
Own end-to-end delivery of projects across business and technology workstreams

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years Project Management experience
Experience delivering complex, cross functional projects in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Experience delivering projects using Agile project management methodology
5+ years financial services experience, preferably wealth management
Experience in financial platforms, ideally Avaloq
Experience managing risk and compliance projects in a financial services environment
Knowledge of SDLC and change methodologies
Degree qualified
