Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in and monitor improvement and evolution projects, ensuring execution according to scope and schedule while coordinating activities with internal teams and partners.
Implement, administer, and support the products and services under your responsibility, ensuring operational stability, availability, and performance.
Proactively monitor the environment, enhancing observability, metrics, and service-level agreements, and taking preventive action to avoid impacts.
Log and handle tickets, respond to incidents and requests, conduct root cause analysis, and implement permanent corrective actions to support continuous improvement.
Plan, execute, and document changes, ensuring risk and impact assessments, approvals, scheduling, communication, rollback plans, and post-implementation validation, as well as the technical analysis of proposals.
Implement and maintain security and compliance controls related to the services under your responsibility.
Ensure business continuity and recovery, including backup and disaster recovery procedures where applicable, with testing and supporting evidence.
Automate and standardize operational routines to reduce manual effort and increase reliability and repeatability.
Keep technical and operational documentation up to date and contribute to team development through knowledge sharing.
Identify and propose improvements and new solutions, supporting vendor, contract, and cost management by monitoring deliverables, service levels, renewals, forecasts, and optimization opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure.
Strong experience in hybrid environments, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure.
Experience with data centers, virtual machines, and virtual servers.
ITIL V3/V4 or V5 certification is a plus.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Windows Server certifications are a plus.
Experience in the industrial sector is a plus.
