About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to gather and define requirements for new systems and features
Design, develop, and implement technology solutions aligned with business and user needs
Provide ongoing support for existing systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues
Optimize systems to improve efficiency and performance
Ensure proper technical documentation for implemented solutions
Monitor system implementation and integration, supporting testing and user acceptance activities
Integrate internal and external systems efficiently and securely
Participate in the creation, lead the development of, and serve as the technical and support owner for solutions supporting the company’s internal e-commerce operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong experience writing technical and functional requirements, developing solutions, and implementing systems
Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining existing systems
Knowledge of system integrations, with a focus on APIs, web services, and other integration technologies
Previous experience with e-commerce platforms is preferred
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and agile environments
Knowledge of or experience with Adobe Commerce, VTEX, application management, and website and web page development and maintenance is a plus
