About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Report to the Head of Financial Reporting
- Work closely with the Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer
- Support seamless daily operations of the Finance Department
- Provide financial support and services across internal departments and group companies
- Perform daily bookkeeping for various companies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts for group companies
- Prepare corporate tax, withholding tax, and VAT computations and tax returns
- Assist with reports required for the company’s CySEC and central bank regulatory obligations
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other external business partners
- Coordinate external audits, including audit documentation, auditor communication, audit query resolution, and timely completion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance or any other relevant field
- At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of the English language
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SAP Business One
- Qualified or partially qualified ACA/ACCA is a plus
- Experience within the Forex industry will be considered an advantage
- Familiarity with CySEC reporting will be considered an advantage
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience in a high-volume transaction environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
