About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle inbound calls and warm leads
Consult with customers about their insurance needs
Match customers with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits
Convert sales leads into policyholders
Represent the Liberty Mutual brand
Build customer relationships and recommend suitable insurance products
Complete paid remote training and insurance licensing
Work assigned weekday and weekend schedules

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
2–3 years of sales experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
Property and Casualty Insurance license required after hire
Must reside in one of the specified eligible states
Must remain in the resident state for at least one year before relocating
Must be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day
Must maintain a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk
Must have wired high-speed internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload; satellite and mobile internet are not supported
