Teach material from the approved curriculum according to an assigned schedule
Assist students in achieving course objectives and learning outcomes
Complete assignments timely and accurately with minimal supervision
Provide regular and timely feedback to students
Participate in school retention initiatives through productive student contact and assistance to absent students
Advise students on academics, attendance, and behaviors
Motivate students to participate actively in the educational process
Maintain and report student grades and attendance according to university policies
Maintain university standards for course activity, emails, grading, and communication with the Instructional Mentor and students
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

A terminal degree in Advertising, Communication, Strategic Communication, Integrated Marketing Communication, or a closely related communication field is required
Preferred candidates will have college-level teaching experience
Preferred professional experience in advertising strategy, copywriting, branding, digital advertising, social media, media planning, or campaign development
Commitment to the university’s evangelical mission to training champions for Christ
Commitment to Liberty University’s goals and values
Personal spiritual formation within a biblically informed Christian worldview
