Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or graduate level degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Education or a related field
- At least three years of paid, full time (or equivalent part time) experience developing and/or implementing behavioral support and/or risk reduction strategies or plans
- Must be well organized and detail oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion and enthusiasm for making a difference in the lives of people with developmental disabilities
- Use of ethical and evidence-based practices
