About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the effective delivery and timely completion of NetSuite projects within the defined scope and budget
  • Manage additional requests and associated budgets
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with customers
  • Plan, assign, and track project tasks, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths with project teams and clients
  • Apply appropriate implementation approaches, delivery concepts, consulting tools, and methodologies
  • Onboard, supervise, and mentor project coordinators
  • Collaborate with partners, directors, and solution specialists
  • Travel 20% to 50% of the time, as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in project and people management; consulting experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, and retail is an asset
  • Ability to manage difficult situations, problems, and crises calmly while inspiring confidence in the team
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously
  • Fluency in French and English; bilingualism is required to conduct business outside Québec
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the United States
  • Experience with task and project management tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and Asana
  • Strong teamwork skills
