About the role

- Provide coaching cues, progressions, and modifications for all fitness levels
- Create a motivating, inclusive, and high-energy group environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training space

- Participate in brand trainings, teach backs, and ongoing coaching development

Requirements
What you’ll need- Passionate, certified fitness professional
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR/AED Certification
- At least one nationally recognized certification related to your chosen format
- 1+ year teaching or coaching experience in your area of expertise
- Ability to physically demonstrate and effectively teach your format
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Required format-specific qualifications: sprint coaching and sprinting biomechanics; Olympic lifting certification (USAW L1, CF-L1, or equivalent); strong leadership presence and ability to coach across all fitness levels; Reformer Pilates experience or certification; or background in yoga, mobility, and/or strength training, depending on chosen format
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
- Preferred experience teaching across multiple fitness modalities
- Preferred familiarity with heart rate training tools and performance data coaching
- Preferred proven ability to build strong member relationships and community engagement
