About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors
  • Deliver desired event results through documentation and reporting of event measurables
  • Provide project management support for club event marketing campaigns
  • Engage with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs
  • Support the Events and Corporate Communications team and adult programming, including Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops
  • Support adult sports programming within the club
  • Help ensure events align with Life Time’s Mission and Vision Statement
  • Support member retention by providing an outstanding member experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • CPR and AED Certified
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent combination of education and work experience (preferred)
  • Extensive knowledge of all club activities and promotions (preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and promotional skills (preferred)
  • Ability to build relationships with members (preferred)
