About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategic analysis processes from framing through recommendation
Find and recommend international and adjacent acquisition candidates
Build AI agents to identify and track potential targets and run repeatable target analysis
Own analytical workstreams on acquisitions and strategic investments
Perform market sizing, operating models, valuation models, and diligence analysis
Partner with finance, legal, and product teams
Deliver analysis and recommendations directly to the VP of Corporate Development and executive team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience designing and deploying AI agents into real workflows using tools such as Claude, Claude Code, MCP connectors, or comparable frameworks
Ability to build financial models and valuations from first principles
Roughly 5 to 8 years in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture, corporate development, or strategy at a high-growth technology company
Nice to have: experience with B2C subscription or consumer technology businesses
Nice to have: hands-on M&A diligence or integration work
Nice to have: comfort with SQL or BI tools
Must walk through an agent or AI workflow built and its results during the interview process
Must participate in a working session involving an open-ended strategic question
