- Complete comprehensive initial and ongoing CRA training through the PACE Training Program
- Develop CRA skills through interactive discussions, hands-on job-related exercises, and practicums
- Participate in clinical research departmental core rotations covering aspects of drug/device development and approval
- Prepare to carry out CRA duties effectively and confidently as an independent Medpace CRA
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently working as a Clinical Research Coordinator, Clinical Research Nurse, or equivalent
- Living in Germany with full right to work
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a health- or science-related field
- At least 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
- Ability to travel 60–70% to locations in the DACH region; some visits may be conducted remotely
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented and efficient in time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
