About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in one or multiple Veeva product implementation or migration projects
Cover assigned roles such as configuration specialist, functional analyst, solution architect, or project manager
Configure and customize Vault CRM solutions to meet client-specific needs
Lead client-facing activities, including workshops, user acceptance testing, and training sessions
Guide clients through implementation from initial design to final delivery
Advise clients on optimizing and harmonizing business processes
Translate complex requirements into scalable solution designs
Work directly with top pharmaceutical organizations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated 3+ years of consulting experience or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to manage customer-facing activities and stakeholder relationships
Strong presentation skills
Able to travel approximately 20%
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Full right to work in the country of application is required
Veeva or Salesforce.com certification and implementation experience (nice to have)
Experience working with the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health or an adjacent industry (nice to have)
Experience working on projects with a global scope or with international teams (nice to have)
Experience with software from other vendors, including IQVIA, SAP, and CVENT (nice to have)
Additional European language such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian (nice to have)
