About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide post-go-live consulting and administrative support for multiple clients
- Configure enhancements for live applications, including business processes, taxonomy and metadata, new features and functionality, security, and notifications
- Perform bulk imports, exports, and updates of content and data
- Recommend application features, usage approaches, and best practices
- Maintain production and sandbox environments
- Create reports and dashboards
- Provide ongoing professional services for customers using Veeva’s commercial and medical content management solutions
- Participate in customer-facing consulting without routine travel
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years experience configuring, supporting, or implementing content management software or related services delivery
- Customer service or consulting experience
- Ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs and articulate potential solutions
- Experience managing client requests and setting expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Understanding of life sciences content management principles, types, and taxonomies
- Understanding of life sciences compliance requirements
- Experience with Veeva Vault, OpenText, Documentum/EMC, Liquent, and/or Next Docs
- Project management experience
