About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage oncology healthcare professionals through compliant, clinical, and patient-centric conversations
  • Provide disease-state education, appropriate patient identification, treatment landscape information, and product positioning
  • Support pre-launch through post-launch initiatives
  • Identify key stakeholders within oncology practices and health systems
  • Create awareness, educate customers, and accelerate adoption through virtual engagement channels
  • Partner with client field sales, marketing, medical affairs, and market access teams
  • Ensure aligned customer engagement strategies
  • Serve as a trusted resource for community and academic oncology customers throughout the customer journey

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of virtual/inside sales, field sales, or relevant customer-facing sales experience
  • Experience working with oncology practices, healthcare systems and/or pharma/biotech companies
  • Strong outbound prospecting and customer engagement skills
  • Comfortable conducting sales conversations via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Experience using virtual presentation tools such as Zoom or Teams
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance and activity targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
