About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage oncology healthcare professionals through compliant, clinical, and patient-centric conversations
- Provide disease-state education, discuss appropriate patient identification, treatment landscapes, and product positioning
- Support pre-launch through post-launch initiatives
- Identify key stakeholders within oncology practices and health systems
- Create awareness, educate customers, and accelerate adoption through virtual engagement channels
- Partner with client field sales, marketing, medical affairs, and market access teams
- Ensure aligned customer engagement strategies
- Serve as a trusted resource for community and academic oncology customers throughout the customer journey
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of virtual/inside sales, field sales, or relevant customer-facing sales experience
- Experience working with oncology practices, healthcare systems and/or pharma/biotech companies
- Strong outbound prospecting and customer engagement skills
- Comfortable conducting sales conversations via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Experience using virtual presentation tools such as Zoom or Teams
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance and activity targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
