About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own delivery for implementation projects as project manager, functional analyst, solution architect, or stream lead
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to optimize and harmonize business processes
Translate business processes into actionable and scalable solutions
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders across enterprise and SMB organizations
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners
Contribute to internal initiatives that improve service quality and delivery frameworks
Implement Veeva Commercial Cloud products, including PromoMats/DAM or Medical
Lead business process due diligence, solution design, implementation, and project delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in technology implementation projects as a Project Manager, Functional Analyst, or Solution Architect
Hands-on experience and confidence with Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Vault Platform, or Salesforce.com Platform
Experience working with a Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, or Medical Device organization
Strong consulting background with proven ability to architect, drive best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships
Strong and effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments
Ability to travel approximately 20%
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Candidate must be based in Europe and have the legal right to work
Ability to travel domestically and abroad; visa handling is not provided by Veeva
