Senior Marketing Manager, Peer-to-Peer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the HCP Lead in translating brand strategy, customer insights, thought leader perspectives, and field input into peer-to-peer priorities, engagement plans, and execution roadmaps
- Develop and quarterback the TAVNEOS peer-to-peer engagement strategy
- Lead assigned peer-to-peer initiatives from strategy through execution
- Lead cross-functional workstreams across Brand, TLLs, Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing Operations, agencies, and enterprise partners
- Build compliant relationships with speakers, faculty, and influential HCP stakeholders
- Identify, engage, onboard, contract, train, and support thought leaders and faculty
- Steward speaker program content and peer-to-peer promotional assets
- Support congress strategy and execution, including product theaters, speaker engagement, promotional opportunities, and field support
- Measure and analyze program performance, thought leader feedback, customer engagement, speaker effectiveness, participation, and KPIs
- Lead materials through MAC review and manage agency/vendor workstreams, SOWs/POs, contracts, timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, and execution
- Monitor the AAV treatment landscape, customer feedback, competitors, scientific trends, and peer-to-peer best practices
- Use enterprise-approved AI tools to improve insight synthesis, content development, project management, and execution
- Identify test-and-learn opportunities for thought leader engagement, speaker programs, congress impact, and customer education
Requirements
What you’ll need- Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the biotech/pharma or health care space, OR Master’s degree and 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the biotech/pharma or health care space, OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of marketing experience, preferably in the biotech/pharma or health care space
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
- Ability to translate clinical data, customer insights, and field feedback into clear, compliant, and actionable HCP content
- Ability to develop peer-to-peer engagement strategies and recommend new approaches
- Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, HCP Promotions, Omnichannel, Sales, Sales Training, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, CD&A/BAI, Value & Access, TLLs, agency teams, and enterprise partners
- Comfort engaging with field teams, TLLs, and enterprise partners
- Understanding of personal promotion, peer-to-peer, and omnichannel tactics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-first mindset
- Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment with evolving priorities, feedback, and ambiguity
- Experience with speaker bureau operations, congress execution, advisory boards, omnichannel, peer-to-peer, or specialty/rare disease marketing is a plus, but not required
