  • Provide outbound marketing, disease-state identification and education, and inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical environment
  • Deliver proficient sales presentations to current and prospective customers

  • Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions
  • Develop daily and weekly call schedules for efficient coverage of assigned targets

  • Clearly articulate clinical benefits and product value to healthcare professionals and office staff
  • Use educational resources and support materials in customer interactions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor degree required
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a progressive history of documented success
  • Expert selling skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
  • Experience in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
  • 1+ years of specialty sales experience in neuroscience preferred
  • 1+ years of virtual sales experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts
  • Ability to quickly learn and convey complex product information to healthcare professionals
  • Effective prioritization and planning while adhering to compliance guidelines
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member while managing multiple tasks across multiple systems
  • Must complete all company and job-related training within required timelines
  • Must be able to perform all essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must comply with applicable vaccination requirements where required by local governments or customers
