About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide mental healthcare services to clients in an outpatient group office
- Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to adults and/or children and adolescents
- Treat trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders, and behavioral, social, and emotional struggles
- Provide telehealth from a home office and work in one of the company's office locations on a hybrid schedule
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary practice
- Supervise interns and postdoctoral fellows for additional pay
- Run clinical groups
- Focus on clinical work while support staff handle credentialing, insurance authorizations, payment collection, and other administrative functions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Licensed or license-eligible Psychologist
- EdD, PsyD, or PhD
- Skilled in evidence-based treatment interventions
- Experience treating adults and/or children and adolescents
- Knowledge of trauma, anxiety, mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorder, chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders, and behavioral, social, and emotional struggles
- Ability to provide outpatient mental healthcare services
- Ability to work in Massachusetts locations including Boston and surrounding communities
