About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide integrated behavioral health care within Family Practice and Internal Medicine offices
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy
- Work primarily with pediatric through adult patients across acute and chronic health conditions and other mental health concerns
- Use evidence-based therapies including CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment
- Conduct screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions
- Frequently consult with medical professionals

Requirements
What you’ll need- Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/LMHC/PsyD)
- Excellent communication skills and clinical acumen
- Experience working with people across the lifespan
- Experience utilizing empirically supported treatment
- Experience working in a primary care environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Clinical licensure as applicable to the role (LICSW/LMHC/PsyD)
