About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide outpatient mental healthcare services to patients
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment services
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy

- Collaborate as part of LifeStance Health’s clinician team
- Work Monday through Friday, with weekends optional
- Use a hybrid office-and-home or full in-office schedule
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fully Licensed in Washington State
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW)
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Experience providing individual and/or couples therapy
