About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide outpatient therapy and mental healthcare services
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment to children, adolescents, and adults
- Provide services in person at clinics and through telehealth
- Work a hybrid schedule, including telehealth from a home office
- Focus on clinical work while support staff handle credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collections
- Participate in weekly case consultations and peer consultation groups
- Receive or provide supervision for LCSW/LICSW practice
- Perform essential clinical and administrative functions supporting a successful practice
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be licensed as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts
- Clinical practice with children, adolescents, and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues
- Ability to provide outpatient mental healthcare services
- Full-time or part-time availability
