About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide mental healthcare services in an outpatient care setting
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy
- Collaborate as part of LifeStance Health’s clinical team
- Work within a hybrid model combining in-person and remote care
- Work Monday through Friday, with optional weekends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fully licensed in Arizona
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW)
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Experience providing individual and/or couples therapy
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
