About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare services to children, adolescents, and adults
- Provide patient care and pursue clinical excellence
- Work in a hybrid model with 2-3 days in office and 1-2 days remote
- Collaborate within LifeStance Health’s clinical team
- Use digital technology and receive administrative support
- Work from LifeStance Health offices in Utah, including Riverton, Bountiful, Lehi, Murray, Pleasant Grove, and Draper
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fully licensed in Utah (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
- Must have completed a Master's degree and no longer need supervision
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
- Bilingual is a plus; Spanish speaking
- Trauma therapy experience and EMDR certification or EMDR certification training are a plus, not requirements
