About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent patients
- Focus on patient care while dedicated teams handle billing, technology, and administrative tasks
- Set scheduled hours and appointment lengths

Requirements
What you’ll need- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3 years of completing residency in Adult or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
- Valid medical license in Massachusetts, or willingness to obtain it prior to the start date
- Outpatient psychiatry practice
- Ability to work in-person or in a hybrid model
- Interest in integrating psychotherapy into clinical practice
