About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Psychiatrist candidate with strong interest in TMS
  • Commitment to teamwork, patient outcomes, quality care, and program growth
  • Participate in training to develop TMS skills if not already experienced
  • Commit to at least two in-person clinic days per week for mapping and remapping visits in Lexington
  • Conduct initial patient assessments in person or via telehealth
  • Confirm diagnoses and document medical necessity using an AMD template and supporting forms
  • Closely oversee the TMS technician and co-sign daily treatment notes
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust protocols as needed
  • Provide discharge summaries to the primary/referring psychiatric clinician
  • Experience with TMS valued but not required
  • Strong BC/BE psychiatrist candidates considered
  • Ability to provide a mix of TMS and outpatient psychiatric clinic work, or primarily TMS services part-time
