About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric primary care office
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy in a potential split-position arrangement
- Work primarily with pediatric patients experiencing acute to chronic health conditions and mental health concerns
- Use CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment

Requirements
What you’ll need- Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong clinical acumen
- Experience working with people across the lifespan
- Experience utilizing empirically supported treatment
- Experience working in a primary care environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to use evidence-based therapies including CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment
