Key responsibilities & impact

Provide integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric office and outpatient psychotherapy
Embed within a primary care office and participate as an integral member of primary care teams
Work primarily with adult and geriatric patients experiencing acute or chronic health conditions and other mental health concerns
Use evidence-based therapies including CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment
Conduct screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions
Frequently consult with medical professionals

What you’ll need

Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD)
Excellent communication skills
Clinical acumen
Experience working with people across the lifespan
Experience utilizing empirically supported treatment
Experience working in a primary care environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Ability to use evidence-based therapies such as CBT and motivational interviewing
