About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians in assigned offices
  • Monitor workflow processes, outcomes, clinician/patient satisfaction, and performance measures
  • Ensure offices meet or exceed clinical, operational, and financial objectives
  • Manage financial performance, including revenue, center margin, and EBITDA targets
  • Coordinate office operations and resolve facility issues
  • Report monthly key performance indicators, variances, and action plans
  • Identify root causes and action plans for under-performance
  • Implement operational and clinical processes and practices
  • Collaborate with shared services teams to support clinicians and patients
  • Manage local referral source relationships and promote LifeStance Health
  • Assess patient capacity and clinician utilization
  • Build high-performing teams through selection, training, and performance management
  • Manage performance and engagement of direct reports
  • Provide administrative oversight and operational support for therapists and prescribers
  • Support clinician engagement, onboarding, and training
  • Partner with Intake to match patients and ramp new clinical team members
  • Serve as operations contact for clinician administrative questions
  • Oversee escalated patient complaints and drive resolution
  • Support case consultations, clinical documentation, integrity, and clinical best practices
  • Communicate clinician dissatisfaction issues to operational and clinical leadership
  • Mentor and engage strong performers and educate them on career progression paths

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience required
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, talk, hear, and walk
  • Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds
  • Required vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
