Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have 2 years experience as a PMHNP
Licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification
Must be an experienced PMHNP; FNPs are not accepted
Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority
Must have or be able to obtain DEA
Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
Experience in both medication management and therapy
Child and adolescent focus preferred
Bilingual, Spanish-speaking is a plus
