About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-quality behavioral healthcare
- Deliver outpatient mental healthcare services to children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Provide medication management and therapy
- Work as part of LifeStance Health’s clinical team
- Support clinical excellence and patient care
- Work in Greater Salt Lake City-area Utah locations
- Provide care in a hybrid schedule of 2–3 office days and 1–2 remote days
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years of experience as a PMHNP
- Licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification
- Must be an experienced PMHNP; FNPs are not accepted
- Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority
- Must have or be able to obtain DEA
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Experience with medication management and therapy
- Child and adolescent focus preferred
- Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
