About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare
- Provide patient care and maintain clinical excellence

- Provide medication management and therapy for adult, child, and adolescent or lifespan populations
- Work within LifeStance Health’s outpatient mental healthcare services model
- Use telemedicine and in-person care modalities
- Collaborate as part of the clinical team with administrative support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Licensed in the state of Ohio with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification
- Experience with adult, child and adolescent populations or the lifespan
- Experience in medication management and therapy
- At least 1 year of experience practicing independently as a PMHNP; no exceptions
- Must be available at least 2–3 days per week in person
