About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the in-house legal department with Insertion Orders, third-party contracts, and other legal needs
- Support Commercial, Finance, and Accounting teams located around the world
- Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, customer contracts, and licensing agreements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Collaborate with legal, sales/commercial, product, engineering, finance, and accounting teams
- Maintain the contract ticketing system and respond to tickets in a timely manner
- Track contract milestones and deadlines
- Assist with contract compliance and address deviations or breaches
- Develop and improve contract templates and standard clauses
- Support the contract approval process and ensure authorization and documentation
- Provide guidance and training to employees on contract matters and best practices
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting contract management
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-10 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Contracts Counsel/Legal Counsel or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in contract management software or tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment globally
- Prior experience in ad-tech is a plus
