Key responsibilities & impact

Build and own features from start to finish: plan, build, test, deploy, and iterate
Work directly with users in the community through Slack, X, and GitHub
Review user issues and use feedback to prioritize work
Take ownership of responsibility and accountability
Navigate technical and organizational ambiguity
Make trade-off decisions between shipping quickly and engineering excellence
Ship features at approximately 80% and iterate based on feedback
Help shape product direction and company strategy
Influence how the company builds products and works
Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing engineering culture

Requirements

What you’ll need

High-ownership builder able to take an ambiguous customer problem, decide what to build, and ship it
AI-native; builds with coding agents and LLMs daily, understands how they work under the hood, and has real projects to show
Product experience building products that real users and customers depend on
Appreciation for good UI/UX design
Security awareness; interest in networking or security operations is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Interest in creating and maintaining a world-class engineering culture
Familiarity with Typescript, React, Node, SQL, express, react-hooks, Docker, and GCP is desirable
Must be based in or planning to work from London for this hybrid role
