About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee a caseload of learners
- Create, monitor, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment and behavior intervention goals and plans
- Modify treatment and behavior intervention plans as needed
- Establish and maintain rapport with parents and caregivers
- Conduct monthly parent/caregiver trainings in the center, home, or community
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for new learners as needed
- Complete corresponding insurance documents
- Strategize and communicate with other members of the clinical team for overall center management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Must have state licensure or be eligible to obtain state licensure
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
