Support microbiology validation projects
Provide on-site technical support and training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree required
Ph.D. preferred
At least five years of laboratory experience specific to microbiology validations
Demonstrated technical knowledge of clinical microbiology laboratory processes and validation requirements
Ability to analyze and review validation data and prepare clear, accurate technical documentation
Ability to provide specialized technical consulting services independently
Availability to provide remote and/or on-site support, depending on project requirements
Hands-on experience with microbiology instrumentation such as VITEK, BD Phoenix, and MALDI-TOF
Experience supporting laboratory implementation, validation, or readiness projects
Knowledge of CAP requirements applicable to microbiology validations
Experience providing technical training or consulting to clinical laboratories
