About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work productively in the Fulfillment Center as assigned by the Senior Director of Fulfillment, Logistics and Facilities
Perform receiving, stocking, put away, picking, packing/manifesting, returns, replenishment and VAS for Retail/Wholesale and E-Commerce
Follow procedures and meet or exceed required productivity rates
Learn at least two additional tasks, including forklift operation, sales sample processing, returns processing, zone checks, cycle counting, shipping, or building maintenance assistance
Meet seasonal deadlines and maintain a sense of urgency
Handle Lilly Pulitzer merchandise with care and respect
Assist with company sales setup, operations, and breakdown as assigned
Collaborate with other individuals in alignment with company values
Operate within Fulfillment Center Work Rules and comply with company policies and Code of Conduct

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma strongly preferred, but not required
One year of relevant work experience in a Fulfillment or materials handling environment, preferably in soft goods or apparel, strongly preferred but not required
Responsibility, dependability and commitment
Sense of urgency and ability to meet seasonal peaks, workloads and deadlines
Understanding and appreciation that premium apparel should be handled with care and respect
Personal strength and stamina to walk briskly for most of the day while pushing a cart
Ability to place a carton weighing up to 40 pounds from the floor or cart to a pickable location
Ability to work on Saturdays
Ability to learn at least two specified fulfillment tasks
Compliance with Fulfillment Center Work Rules, Lilly Pulitzer policies, and Code of Conduct
Ability to collaborate effectively with others
