About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, implement and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs and optimize campaigns based on data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Support profit and loss (P&L) management for the DACH region
  • Develop ideas to further grow the business
  • Conduct market analyses covering trends, opportunities and challenges
  • Monitor competitors, products and marketing activities
  • Develop compelling marketing plans for retail partners together with the Sales team, both online and offline
  • Contribute creatively and analytically to marketing activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in business administration with a specialization in marketing, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial practical marketing experience gained through relevant internships or one to two years in an entry-level marketing role
  • Native or near-native German proficiency (C2)
  • Strong command of English (C1 or higher)
  • Several years of experience living in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, with first-hand knowledge of the market
  • Enjoy working with numbers and analytical concepts
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Creative mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team-oriented, with the ability and willingness to take ownership of projects
