Junior Country Manager, DACH

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies
- Drive brand awareness and growth across the DACH region
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics
- Make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to profit and loss (P&L) management for the DACH region
- Develop ideas to further grow the business
- Conduct market analyses covering trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Monitor competitors, products, and marketing activities
- Develop compelling marketing plans for retail partners together with the Sales team, both offline and online
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or a comparable qualification
- Initial practical marketing experience through relevant internships or one to two years in an entry-level marketing role
- Native-level or near-native German proficiency (C2)
- Fluent English (C1 or higher)
- Several years of experience living in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, with first-hand knowledge of the market
- Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Creative mindset
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and willingness to take ownership of projects
