About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Drive brand awareness and growth across the DACH region
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial practical marketing experience gained through relevant internships or one to two years in an entry-level marketing role
  • Native or near-native German proficiency (C2)
  • Strong English proficiency (C1 or higher)
  • Several years of experience living in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, with first-hand knowledge of the market
  • Enjoy working with numbers and analytical concepts
  • Strong multitasking skills, a creative mindset, and excellent communication abilities
  • Team-oriented, with the ability and willingness to take ownership of projects
