About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Sell LILT’s platform and services to new customers
  • Support Customer Success Managers in expanding partnerships with larger customers
  • Close quota through personal outbound efforts
  • Run the entire sales cycle using revenue operations practices and technologies
  • Work with the ADR/BDR team
  • Build relationships with customer champions and their business stakeholders
  • Uncover, educate, and close prospective customers according to company metrics and objectives
  • Translate the value of LILT’s platform and services into customer-specific language and business metrics
  • Set up and deliver proofs of concept to convert new, long-lasting customers
  • Provide weekly reporting on high-gain activities
  • Maintain an accurate forecast of total business
  • Sustain high activity levels across channels using tailored, multi-threaded outreach

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience selling in the translation and localization industry, including both technology and services, or SaaS with a strong services component and offering
  • 6+ years of experience managing complex 9–15 month sales cycles in high-end mid-market and enterprise markets
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota, acquiring new complex and highly competitive accounts, and achieving revenue targets
  • Consistently booking $250k–$2M deals and exceeding $1.2M+ annual quotas
  • Ability to independently secure meetings with target customers and collaborate with ADR/BDR teams
  • Experience leading RFP responses, cross-departmental collaboration, and execution
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Amplemarket, and Momentum
  • Experience in account management and collaboration with cross-functional service and delivery teams
  • Skilled in negotiating business terms with line-of-business, procurement, contract teams, senior management, and/or C-level executives
  • Ability to influence and drive cross-departmental strategy and collaboration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead in-person meetings and web-based demos
  • Process- and solution-oriented customer mindset
  • BA or BS degree from an accredited university preferred or higher
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. or UK is a precondition of employment
