About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own connector strategy and roadmap, setting priorities and sequencing delivery
  • Lead new connectors and capabilities from discovery through launch
  • Define requirements, validate prerequisites, establish acceptance criteria, and coordinate delivery and customer readiness
  • Turn customer implementations into scalable products with Forward-Deployed Engineering
  • Evaluate technical feasibility through third-party documentation and integration assessments
  • Own validation and acceptance testing, including integration behavior, file and tag handling, and customer requirements
  • Drive connector portfolio reliability by prioritizing issues and coordinating resolution
  • Lead technical customer conversations covering discovery, setup planning, scoping, troubleshooting, and readiness
  • Create documentation, runbooks, and guidance for implementation and support teams
  • Maintain visibility into connector status, risks, ownership, priorities, and customer impact
  • Use AI tools and agentic workflows to improve research, scoping, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Solutions, Forward-Deployed Engineering, Customer Engineering, Customer Success, and customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Track record of owning a technical product or integration portfolio
  • Ability to read code, reason about implementation tradeoffs, participate in architecture discussions, and build prototypes or tools when useful
  • Demonstrated ability to design and use agentic workflows for research, requirements, analysis, documentation, or troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, authentication, webhooks, data mapping, file round-tripping, rate limits, retries, error handling, and observability
  • Experience integrating multiple third-party systems and learning unfamiliar APIs, data models, and constraints
  • Ability to write clear specifications and prioritize competing customer needs
  • Confidence leading technical discovery and troubleshooting with customers
  • Ability to produce concise decisions, plans, documentation, status updates, and escalation guidance
  • Experience with CMS, content management, localization, or translation workflows is nice to have
  • Experience with Workato, Zapier, Tray, Prismatic, Paragon, or Merge is nice to have
  • Familiarity with TypeScript or a similar modern programming language is nice to have
  • Experience supporting enterprise integrations in high-assurance or regulated environments is nice to have
  • Familiarity with connector usage analytics and basic data analysis is nice to have
  • Experience introducing AI-enabled working practices across product and engineering teams is nice to have
