About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the Lifetime Income Initiative as part of US member benefits
- Develop and execute strategy to drive member value and association growth
- Report to the Chief Marketing Officer
- Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to execute initiatives and accelerate business outcomes
- Manage business planning and execution of priorities for the Lifetime Income Initiative
- Ensure financial objectives are met and programs are delivered profitably and sustainably
- Analyze engagement drivers, member feedback, and operational and experience needs
- Monitor and optimize strategic initiative and campaign effectiveness
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Design and execute member engagement programs, sponsorship packages, and marketing toolkits
- Partner with Research on publications, awareness, and media relations
- Own member convening strategies and experiences, including conferences, executive forums, and thought leadership events
- Support the Lifetime Income Initiative Advisory Board
- Oversee nationwide roadshow programs with distribution partners
- Lead partner marketing and joint go-to-market programs
- Direct advisor-facing marketing across paid, owned, and partner channels
- Develop content strategies including podcasts, video series, digital content, and sales enablement resources
- Own financial professional convening strategies and experiences
- Lead consumer engagement strategy using research insights, education fellows, partnerships, and influencer marketing
- Direct integrated digital, social, content, media, and experiential campaigns
- Build and activate financial influencers to increase awareness and adoption of lifetime income concepts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- MBA preferred
- 15+ years in marketing management or marketing roles
- Minimum of 10 years of management experience strongly preferred
- Experience leading digital marketing, influencer marketing, social media, and PR
- Experience managing partner relationships
- Experience managing a marketing budget
- Strategic and operational planning and management experience
- Proven success leading and mentoring team members across multiple campuses
- Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and brand management
- Experience deploying or improving an organization’s digital strategy
- Financial Services industry experience preferred
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, research, product, and IT
- Experience analyzing statistical data for market segmentation, customer behavior, and data-driven marketing
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including social media, content marketing, and CMS
- Ability to apply marketing techniques across multiple digital channels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, management, and negotiating skills
- Strong leadership skills, including interviewing, hiring, training, appraising, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues
- Must be eligible to work in the United States; employer participates in E-Verify
