About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the technical support operations for a highly complex product
  • Serve as a bridge between technology and business, transforming technical issues into clear solutions
  • Analyze logs to identify the root causes of incidents and technical support tickets
  • Work with APIs to support integrations and investigate issues
  • Handle and resolve customers’ technical support tickets with increasing autonomy
  • Follow up on recurring issues with customers through to definitive resolution
  • Prepare and analyze nonconformity reports
  • Collaborate with different internal teams to investigate and resolve issues
  • Communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Identify opportunities to improve operations and propose technology solutions
  • Support the adjustment of priorities as the team’s needs change
  • Pursue technical learning and apply leadership feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, from the 3rd semester onward, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Availability to work mornings, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • Interest in and affinity for technology and solution development
  • Basic programming logic skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical logs
  • Basic knowledge of how APIs work
  • Proactive, with the initiative to identify problems and seek solutions
  • Ownership of deliverables and end-to-end follow-up on tasks
  • Clear communication with customers and different internal teams
  • Openness to continuous learning and to receiving and applying feedback
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
