About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently manage a variety of operational work and deliver accurate, high-quality results on time
  • Provide exceptional customer service by building stakeholder relationships and responding to complex situations
  • Serve as the first point of contact for escalated issues and partner with internal business partners to resolve concerns
  • Monitor workloads, prioritize competing demands, and coordinate resources to meet service and quality standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and elevate customer experience
  • Serve as a subject matter expert by sharing knowledge, answering complex questions, training team members, and supporting business initiatives through quality reviews and processing documentation
  • Mentor team members and assist the supervisor with team quality tracking, work prioritization, escalations, and other departmental responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School or GED
  • 3 - 5+ Years of eligibility insurance enrollment experience that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written)
  • Demonstrated strong customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt as needed
  • EDI and/or assisting in EDI background/production support experience (preferred)
