About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build Content LiveOps from almost zero and establish the operating rhythm
  • Own and run a weekly content release cadence for new games, IPs, and content
  • Design, plan, and run time-limited events as the program matures
  • Define release requirements including teaser moments, custom or animated icons, countdown treatments, in-app announcements, and communications
  • Coordinate with marketing, engineering, and design to build release support
  • Soft-launch new content and games
  • Own the process for moving content from ready to live
  • Partner with the Content Experimentation team to test event length, timing, locking, positioning, and packaging
  • Use test results to improve subsequent releases
  • Ensure releases launch on schedule and deliver measurable engagement and retention improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Direct experience running a content release cadence, live-ops strategy, or live-events pipeline operationally
  • Comfortable with a weekly operating rhythm
  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills
  • LiveOps and performance data literacy
  • Background in games where content changes constantly
  • Experience specifically with time-limited or seasonal events is nice to have
  • Familiarity with subscription or content platforms for a young or family audience is nice to have
  • English fluency is essential; certifications are not necessary
  • Clear and effective spoken and written communication, especially in asynchronous, long-form formats
