About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver one-on-one and small group training for people with communication challenges and their care partners
- Facilitate group training sessions through the Lingraphica Device Users Community
- Provide adaptable training, from introductory sessions to ongoing check-ins
- Teach both device mechanics and application in customers' daily lives
- Document customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM
- Identify and share recurring training needs, user feedback, and adoption challenges
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to improve the learner experience and inform future enhancements
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA
- At least 2 years of experience providing AAC training, clinical instruction, or related teaching/coaching experience
- Expertise in AAC and communication partner training
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms and/or experience with teletherapy
- Strong ability to deliver clear, empathetic, and practical device instruction to individuals and groups
- Ability to tailor training to different learning styles, personas, and knowledge levels
- Ability to translate complex product functionality into simple, engaging training
- Creativity in adapting training to diverse customer needs
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and proactive, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as verified through E-Verify
