About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review standard real estate transactional diligence items, including environmental, structural, title, and property-level documentation
  • Facilitate diligence and closing processes for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
  • Coordinate with property management, treasury, investments, and leasing teams to incorporate real estate assets into the operating portfolio
  • Work with third-party vendors to obtain diligence documents
  • Organize diligence for internal consumption
  • Follow and coordinate closing checklist processes
  • Interface with outside counsel on legal matters for real estate transactions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 years relevant real estate experience
  • BA degree preferred
  • Real estate experience is a plus
  • Excellent technical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company
