About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with the CTO to solve technical issues related to the Linkster Influencer Performance Cloud
Act as the central interface between Customer Success, customers, and Engineering
Analyze and resolve technical tickets from the Customer Success team, including bugs, data issues, and logic-related questions
Independently analyze existing codebases and identify the root causes of technical issues
Communicate with Customer Success and customers, understand requirements, and explain solutions clearly
Use a modern development stack, including AI, to develop and implement solutions efficiently
Support feature adjustments and technical improvements to the platform
Work with Angular on the frontend and Ruby on Rails on the backend
Gradually take on more responsibility for technical implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Drive and enthusiasm for solving technical problems independently
Programming experience gained through studies, projects, internships, or similar experience
Ideally, experience with Ruby (on Rails), JavaScript frontend frameworks such as Angular, RESTful APIs, and SQL databases such as PostgreSQL
Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
High level of self-motivation and enjoyment of independent work
Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
Availability for 15–20 hours per week as a working student, or availability for a full-time role
